Accounting Manager & Assistant:

Kathy Montag is an Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for account billing.
Commercial Account Managers & Assistants:
Andrea Walter is an Account Manager and is an authorized Broker. She is responsible for servicing commercial accounts.
Johnnie Hobbs is an Administrative Customer Support Representative providing support in commercial lines.
Mary Malone, CPCU, ARM is a Senior Account Manager has over 30 years experience in all aspects of insurance and is licensed in Property & Casualty. She has handled medium to large commercial accounts for over 20 years, and is responsible for servicing large commercial accounts.
Melissa Huse is an Account Manager with over ten years of experience in the insurance industry. She is responsible for servicing commercial accounts.
Nancy Haynes is the Livery Processing Technician. She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, and is responsible for processing our livery accounts.
Yvette Alexander is an Account Manager with over 10 years in the insurance industry; she is responsible for servicing commercial accounts. Additionally, she is a licensed property and casualty specialist with over 10 years experience in the insurance field.
Personal Lines Account Managers:
Billie Gibaud is an Account Manager with over 5yrs of experience in the insurance industry and is an authorized Broker . She is responsible for processing applications and policy changes for all lines of personal insurance.
Janine Pajek is an Account Manager and authorized Broker with over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry and is licensed in Property and Casualty. She is responsible for quoting, issuing and processing policy changes for all lines of personal insurance.

Heather Wolf, AAI, is a New Account Manager with over six years of experience in the insurance industry and is licensed in Property and Casualty, as well as, Life, Accident and Health. She is responsible for marketing new and renewal commercial insurance.
Janice Tomaselli is a New Account Manager with over 20 years in Commercial Lines and is licensed in Property and Casualty. She is responsible for marketing new and renewal commercial insurance, as well as sales and service of Commercial and Personal lines.
